What is your shipping policy?

We offer flat rate $5 shipping within Canada. Shipping is free on orders over $150. Shipping time is approximately 3 to 5 business days, but may vary depending on the season. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we do not offer tracking on orders at this time. We do not ship internationally.

What is your return policy?

For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns. However, if there are any issues with your purchase please contact us! We are happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes! All of our posts are hypoallergenic and nickel free.

How do I care for my Joy Rochelle Earrings?

Handle with care to avoid damaging or breaking your earrings.
When not in use, store earrings in a safe place like a jewelry box, as sharp objects can scratch the surface.
To clean, gently wipe with a soft, wet cloth or dampened cotton swab.
Avoid solvents or commercial jewelry cleaners on clay pieces, as they may cause damage.
